As an Upper-Tier Municipality, the County of Perth provides services across four Lower-Tier local municipalities (North Perth, Perth South, Perth East, West Perth) as well as shared services across all six local municipalities (Four Lower-Tier Municipalities of North Perth, Perth South, Perth East, and West Perth and two Single-Tier Municipalities of The City of Stratford, and The Town of St. Marys).
